At the League committee meeting on Monday 21st Sept the races below were selected for 2027 series . After discussion it was agreed that League races would be selected from local Clubs and not “event management companies” and that a new structure of ten races, with six to count, be adopted for 2027.

For U17 Races
Clubs are requested to promote that their event is an U17 selected race on their entry system and are asked to consider a 15 to 17 age category.
For County Champs
Selected Races are tactfully asked to promote on their entry site that their race is a Dorset County Championship event and to have a tick box for those who wish to enter and confirm that they have read and meet the criteria for entry. These conditions can either be on the entry form or a link to them.
Ideally there should be a participants list of County Championship contenders.
After the race either:-
- A separate results sheet is published just and only for the Dorset County Champs using both “Open” and “Masters” (40+) age categories.
- The DRRL is supplied with a list of runners who “ticked the box” to confirm that they wished to enter the Dorset County Champs and confirmed that they meet the entry requirements.
