DESCRIPTION:BVLC are delighted to announce that they have selectee UK Prostate Cancer Charities as their main charity benefactor from funds raised by the BVHM​. The Half Marathon is a major fundraising activity ​for BVLC​ in ​Lions Year 2025/26. BVLC ​also depends on money raised from the BVHM to fund many of its other charitable giving and donations which cover everything ​from major international disaster relief; earthquakes\, conflict and famine​ for example to small bequests to local and needy causes. Thus\, some of the earnings from the half marathon and fun run (8km\, 5.25 miles) (which takes place at Bishop’s Caundle recreation ground on 12th July 2026 at 10.00) will be retained by BVLC for international\, national and local use. \nClick to enterEntry List (if available)Deffered List

DESCRIPTION:The Course\nThe course is mostly flat\, but with a challenging double loop around Bowleaze. \nRunners start and finish the 10 mile route at the Pavilion end of Weymouth Esplanade. The course has a 75 minute cut off time at the 5 mile point. \nCurrent parking restrictions mean the Pavilion carpark will most likely not be available for use (there may be very limited parking in the forecourt). Therefore please consider the on-street parking along the seafront which is only a few minutes walk from Race HQ\, or the Swannery Carpark (10-15 minute walk). All parking is Pay & Display (justpark.com) and please ensure you leave allow enough time to arrive at Registration for number collection. \nEntry LinkParticipant List
