Runners must be 15 years or older on race day. Unfortunately, the course is not suitable for wheelchairs, dogs, or buggies. Accompanying cyclists are not permitted. Personal headphones / earpieces/bone conductors are NOT allowed. You will be disqualified if you are found wearing them.
All finishers will receive a race memento. Prizes will be awarded to the first 3 male and 3 female finishers, and to the male and female winners in age categories.
